We are very honored to have Dr. Paul White come speak to our chapter in February.

Every team member has value, and even greater potential value.  One of the roles of a leader is to be able to identify individuals’ strengths and encourage growth in those areas that will best help the organization.  However, most employees currently feel “used”, not valued, and are discouraged.  Dr. White will share the core factors needed to effectively support and communicate appreciation in the workplace – beyond the typical approaches employee recognition programs use (often ineffectively).

Based on his book with Dr. Gary Chapman, The Five Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace: Empowering Organizations by Encouraging People, find out practical steps you can take to improve morale, reduce turnover, and even increase customer satisfaction.
