December 14th Chapter Meeting

Coleman Northeast Plant Tour and Discussion on Assemble-To-Order (ATO) Process Implementation

C.R. Toner will present an overview of the Coleman implementation of the Assemble to Order (ATO) process. Discussion points will include an overview of the ATO process, the processes Coleman went through to implement ATO, and some of the ‘learning experiences’ during the project. Come prepared with questions, as C.R. would like for this to be an interactive discussion.

C.R.’s career with Coleman spans 14 years. He has served in various positions in MIS operations and administration. He has been a programmer, system analyst, DBA, Operations Manager, and Outdoor Division MIS Manager. His current position is Senior Director, Information Services. One of his current responsibilities is to manage the ATO project.
