Tim Link has had 17 years of business management experience including general management, financial analysis, personnel, recruiting, training, sales management and business start up. In 1998, Tim was recognized by the radio broadcast industry’s most widely read trade publication as a General Manager of the year nominee. The multi-station operation that he managed was also once recognized as "market of the year," for outperforming more than eighty other radio stations in 22 different markets across seven states. His most fulfilling work has been merging divergent groups and cultures into high achieving teams with a shared vision, producing record breaking profits in times of rapid paced transition.

Tim is known as a passionate and intuitive straight-talker who shares insightful feedback and facilitates a process of inquiry that challenges his clients. He works with executives, team leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs to raise their level of interpersonal and technical competency, to see and surpass their obstacles, and to adopt a more focused, strategic approach to being effective. Tim coaches from a strengths based perspective, believing that by fully identifying and maximizing one’s strengths, a higher level of personal and professional fulfillment and satisfaction is more easily obtained.
