Steve Rollins

Steve Rollins is a well known international subject matter expert in Enterprise Program/Project Management Office/Project Office startups and maintenance solutions. Mr. Rollins assists his clients by improving their project management capabilities towards project delivery processes in their business through application of the Project Management value proposition.

Mr. Rollins is also the Executive Chair of one of the fastest growing entities in the PMI PMO SIG, the Mid-America Regional PMO Regional Group (PMORG). Membership to the Mid America PMORG encompasses the following states: Iowa; Nebraska; Kansas; Missouri; Oklahoma; Arkansas, and Texas. Mid America membership has grown beyond 500 members and continues to expand rapidly.

Mr. Rollins is also the Knowledge Vice-Chair for the PMI Metrics Specific Interest Group and lead the recent deployment of the first ever Project Management Metrics Knowledge Center. In this role, Mr. Rollins, led the internet rollout of the 2002 MetSig Web Site in July 2002. In September 2002, and under Mr. Rollins guidance, the MetSIG launched the related value proposition to all MetSIG members for the new MetSIG PM Metrics Knowledge Center and enhanced web site.

Mr. Rollins has co-authored with Gerry Kendall, the book Advanced Portfolio Management and the PMO: Multiplying ROI at Warp Speed due for the public bookshelves in 1Q03 and has co-authored a white paper How to get value from the PMO.
