Koch Industries Inc.
Manny Balale is the operations leader for new venture analysis including acquisitions, joint ventures and new capital construction for Koch Industries Inc. He is also the operational excellence leader for ongoing operations including benchmarking, work processes, best practices, opportunity identification and capture. Accomplishments include new ventures completed exceeding $8 Billion in value.
Manny is a graduate of Case Institute of Technology, CWRU in Chemical Engineering. His experience covers process engineering, process design, project management, planning and economics, operations, plant optimization, and new venture analysis.
