Project Management for Virtual Teams
Becka Jahelka
Flint Hills Resources, LP
Becka Jahelka has been involved with both off the shelf and internally developed software projects for fifteen years at various Koch companies, the last three years with Flint Hills Resources. Her current work is a combination of project and account management of IT systems for FHR's compliance and credit business groups. Becka is a member of PMI's Information Systems Specific Interest Group.
Becka has been on two virtual project teams this year, one with the ISSIG and one at FHR. She will present best practices for project management with virtual teams, highlighted by experiences on these two teams.
Becka is the Vice President of Education for our Wichita Chapter.
Fee: $10 Members - $12 Non members
