Project Change Management – People can Make or Break a Project
Tina Dao - MBA, PMP

Tina Dao will discuss the change management plan and why it is so vital to a successful project. She will examine planning and teams for Communication and Training. We will also discuss strategies for implementing change on a project and making the change fun!
Tina has been a Project Manager for more than 7 years, and served as an MIS (Management Information Systems) Director for 5 years. She now works at LSI in the Quality Organization. Tina has had multiple project management assignments, including SAP and Agile implementations. She has a MBA and has been a PMP since 2004. In addition to her duties at LSI Corporation, she teaches Project Management and other business classes at Baker University and University of Phoenix. She is our current Vice President of Education at the Wichita Chapter of PMI.
